For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or body contact.

You may open the packaging to inspect the item. Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been used and all original packaging and accessories are included.
This ensures customers can check for damage, defects, or wrong items without violating the return policy.
2. 30‑Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

We do not charge restocking fees.

C. Damaged in Transit
